I Dare you to keep moving

Was looking through some of the Old stuff. Here is one that i made when i was alittle bitch =O

Hope for return

What breaks us down?
Is it the things that crush are hopes?
The things that tear are dreams apart?
Or just the slow deteriorating pain,
That eats away at us until we reach are breaking point.

You go through life putting yourself through pain,
And being put through misery.
You hold everything in, hoping one day
It will be worth it to let it all out.

Everything seems calm besides your own mind
And you open that barrier you held up for so long.
You feel relief, feel comfort,
But you also start to feel a new pain.
One that’s worse then before.

Then your life starts to fall from beneath your vulnerable legs,
And you latch onto that comfort,
Just hoping it will stabilize you.
Then the only thing that’s keeping you from falling
Decides to let you go,
Because you put to much weight on it.

You fall grabbing any desperate powdery surface
Trying to hold yourself up.
Your almost ready to give up and let go.
To let yourself fall and perish,
Away from all the people that seem to leave you,
But you don’t.

You realize that, that comfort that was holding you up,
Might still need you there one day,
So you pull yourself up.
You cling to whatever you can,
Just to stay alive.

You hope that one day
That comfort will be able to stabilize you again.
That it will hold on to you and wont let you go,
But until then,
Hold on tight.

Pessimism Vs Optimism 

Doubts crush the people that mean the most to you,
so believe.
Worrying only causes future problems that you detest,
so let it be.
Betrayal destroys the bond that connects people,
so never cross that line.
Regret causes you to think hard on the negative parts of the past,
so forget and move on .
Lies rip people apart and create burdens,
so be honest.

Pain comes and goes,
Learn to cope with it cause there is more to come.

Hope guides you forward,
so follow.
Joy enlightens your day and is always there,
so embrace it.
Loyalty shows that your reliable for others to count on,
so be there for them.
Faith shows that you believe in the people closest to you,
so show it.
Truth is something that should always be shown,
so be bold.

Happiness comes and goes,
Learn to cherish the moments you have,
But never forget that there always will be more.
